Active Fleet Solutions have established an experienced nationwide Repair Network throughout the UK. The nationwide repair network, actually consists of four specialised networks dedicated to providing the highest quality repairs within their expertise. The network is made up of (1) car, (2) prestige cars (3) light van and commercial vehicles (4) Repair & Maintenance for commercial vehicles. The Repair Network Agents all conform to the latest Active Fleet Solutions (AFS) audit process and repair standards. The AFS Operations Centre issues exclusive Serviced Level Agreement (SLA) to each of the repair agents to ensure continuous high levels of customer service and quality of workmanship. The chosen repair agent inspects the damaged vehicle, compiling a detailed estimate of the repair and a timeline for that repair to be completed, all online. If the estimate is acceptable, the AFS Operations Centre will authorise the repair online with detailed national SLA. An Engineer will visit the Agent and agree the repair on site if deemed necessary. If the repair time is considered to be too long an alternative Repair Agent will be allocated. All details relating to the accident and repair are entered into the AFS claims handling and I.T. communications system database, Activeweb. The progress of the repair is followed closely by the AFS team to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum. Our aim is to avoid unnecessary delays or extended downtime. |
