Quality is an attitude and is a culture that drives our continuous improvement process towards excellence. The ultimate success of the Repair Network Quality Programme is our ability to deliver services which exceed our customer’s expectations. Throughout the Repair Network, managers, supervisors and shop floor staff alike are committed to the ongoing success of the Quality Programme. They take an active part in the ongoing development of our Quality practices and standards. Leading by example, all employees of AFS and the Repair Network contribute towards the Quality improvement culture, and a TOTAL QUALITY ENVIRONMENT. As management, it is our responsibility to provide the necessary training resources to support and sustain the continuous improvement process throughout the repair network. We promote a working environment that encourages open, two-way communication with customers, suppliers, co-workers and the network agents. AFS work with all of our customers and suppliers to ensure the Quality of the Repair Network services are not compromised. |
