AFS have joined forces with a leading recovery company to supply accident recovery and breakdown services across the United Kingdom and Europe for all types of vehicles.

Our First Response Centre will arrange for UK vehicles to be recovered from one of 500 front line recovery agents, usually within one hour.

There are no membership fees for this service. You only pay for the service you use as and when you use it. The price matrix is based on a fixed cost menu so you know exactly what you will be charged for the services you use. There are no hidden or inflated charges.

Where loaded vehicles are involved in accidents, especially for timed deliveries, the First Response Centre will work with your transport (traffic) departments to make every effort to either tranship any undamaged products as a priority or where necessary deliver the casualty vehicle to your nearest depot.

Vehicles involved in accidents can be taken directly to one of our network body repairers, to your depot or stored overnight in one of our secure compounds for onward delivery or collection the next day if required.
