All repairs are subject to Direct Motor Assessors (DMA) qualified engineering assessors who will scrutinise the estimates for the correct repair methodology and cost before approval is given for all types of vehicle DMA proactively control the repair costs and the vehicle off road time (VOR). Parts delays are monitored by liaising with manufacturers to confirm that any delays are genuine and to obtain an expected delivery date.

Car estimates are compiled using Audatex or Glassmatix systems and approved in less than 48 hrs. Repairs are evaluated using Thatcham process and methodology ensuring that vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition .

Total Loss and Salvage vehicles are also handled by the DMA engineering team to ensure the most appropriate code of practice is followed, the correct prices are quoted for settlement and the best price for salvage is obtained for our clients.
